Order Status Iterms

The following terms indicate the status of an order:

Pending: Order is currently incomplete, awaiting payment. Once we’ve received the payment, we will confirm it within 24 hours and begin processing the order.

Processing: Order has been paid. We are preparing the products, checking the quality and packing for shipment.

Complete: Order has been sent to the shipping address customer provided, including package on the way or delivered.

Canceled: Order has been canceled.

Closed: Order has been returned and refunded.

How to track my Shipment Status?

To check your order status, follow steps below:

Sign into your account by clicking the “Log In” link in the top left corner of any page.
You will then be able to view all your orders and their current status on Account – My Orders page.
By clicking the “View Order” link to the right of the order number, you can check the order summary and detailed order status history.
If you don’t have an account, you’ll get an email when your order is shipped. If you want to check what’s going on, feel free to contact our customer service.

How can I get discount code?

You can enter the discount code on the checkout page.

For specical discount application, pls contact our customer team and send us the order details with quantity, we will offer large discount base on that.

How do I know you have received my order sucessfully?

If you have placed an order, we will send a confirmation email to the confirmation email you provided.
This includes the order number-if you have any questions about the order, this is your reference number(Four digits).
Please review the order summary to confirm that your order information is correct and save the email as a purchase receipt.
In addition, if you have an account, you can check the status of your order under the “My Orders” section of your account profile. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your email address is correct before checking spam or contacting our customer service.

How to change orcancel an order?

Before submitting an order, please double check your order information to ensure accuracy. After placing an order, you will not be able to change or cancel the order online. First, please check the status of the order when needed.

Pending: You can ignore it and place a new order.
Processing: Please contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes.
Completed: It can no longer be changed or cancelled. If it meets the conditions for return, you can return it in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that customized items and furniture items can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation. If you refuse delivery for any reason without our consent, you will be fined, including but not limited to additional shipping and handling fees.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations until you receive confirmation from our sales assistant.

Can I change my shipment address after placing an order?

Before submitting an order, please double check your shipping information to ensure accuracy. After placing an order, the shipping address cannot be changed online. First, please check the status of the order when needed.

Pending: You can ignore it and place a new order.
Processing: Please contact customer service as soon as possible to make changes.
Completed: Depends on the carrier’s service. Some carriers charge additional fees to provide address change services.

With all this in mind, we still understand that sometimes you want to ask us to try it, so you can contact the sales assistant to confirm the possibility.
Please note that the country/region cannot be changed, the success or failure depends on the carrier, and the additional address change fee will be borne by the customer.

If unfortunately, the carrier that provided your order does not provide an address change service, please try to receive your order at the original shipping address, or contact the carrier directly for help. If the address is completely invalid, the package may be destroyed or returned to the sender. In this case, you will be fined, including but not limited to additional shipping and handling fees.

Until you receive confirmation from our sales assistant department, no change is guaranteed.

How to write down the specical requirements for an order?

If you have some requirements for our products, or any requirements for transportation, please contact us.

First, please contact our sales assistant to check the feasibility before placing an order. If feasible, our sales assistant will guide you to place an order.

If you have placed an order but have special requirements, please also contact our sales assistant to check the feasibility. If feasible, we will arrange. If not, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund before shipment.

Is there any showroom or store to check the product before place an order?

Ailightings.com mainly engages in online shopping business.
Ailighting has a physical showroom in Zhongshan, China.
Ailighting is a lighting manufacturer, we have an independent design team and manufacturing plant.
If your company wants to wholesale lamps, we will provide wholesale prices as low as 10% off.

How do you pick a right lamp?

Considering the form and function of your lamp
One way to streamline the number of choices is to determine the function and form of your lamp. What kind of lighting do you need? Will it sit on the floor or a table, or will it be mounted on the wall? Do you intend to use it only inside or will you need to consider weather-resistant outdoor lamps as well? Once you have answers to these questions, picking the correct lamp will be easier.

How to Install a Dimmer Switch Socket on Any Lamp in Minutes?

Option 1 – Replacement Dimmer Socket – no electrical knowledge needed. Simple change-out of the lamp socket to a dimmable lamp socket with a turn knob. This is my go-to. See how-to video below.
Option 2 – Screw in Dimmer Socket – These are the fastest and easiest dimmer sockets to add to a lamp. No tools needed.
The downfall is most of these are made of plastic and are wide which may interfere with the lampshade harp.
They also add about 1 and 1/4 inch to the height of the bulb. If using a shade that is connected to the bulb, the shade may become too high from the lamp base and not look in proportion.
Option 3 – Corded Plug-In Dimmer Switch. These are easy to plug-in, but you will have a separate switch and cord hanging from the lamp. Too many cords to deal with.
Option 4 – Wired in the Wall Dimmer that is connected to a ceiling mounted fixture and controlled by a light switch.
These can also be wired to an outlet so that a lamp with a dial control that is plugged in the outlet can be dimmed. Electrical knowledge is needed.

How to shorten or adjust the cable or chain length?

First, decide the mounting position and the final hanging height of the light, then the cable can be adjusted at the end of attaching the ceiling canopy. Simply cut off the cable to the needed length but please pay attention to allow a bit more left for connection to the supply wires.

Does light compatible to any countries?

Yes, the lights we supply voltage range from 110-240vac, fit suits voltage in your country.

Does the the power plug could be customized?

Yes, sure. please send us your country plug request, or share us photos, we will send the correct plug needed.

Shipping & Delivery

What Countries and Rigions supports the delivery?

We ships to every region across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We use the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

How long will take for the order shipment?

Pre-Order: You can find the Estimated Delivery Date instructions on each product page.
Post-Order: Visit Account – My Orders for the up-to-date order status. We will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information once we have shipped your order.

What should we do if the order shown on transit but missing?

There are a few steps you can take, better within 48 hours after your item shows as delivered:

1. Confirm your shipping address.

2. Check mailbox and other entrances to your home.

3. Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.

4. Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.

5. Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number to start a claim.

6. Sometimes carriers communicate delivery prior to arrival, so we suggest waiting 36 hours.

If it has been 48 hours or more since the delivery notification, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for additional assistance. If the shipment is confirmed “missing”, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

What could I do if my package seriously delay?

Please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

What shall I do if my package damage when it arrived?

Please send us the photos or videos to check we will contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed the item is truly damaged, we will have the package retrieved and are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Does shipment and customs taxes included in the price of lights?


The price on the website includes ordinary package shipping and local taxes. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. If customs duties are required when arriving locally, we will bear 60% of the taxes, which requires you to provide photos of local tax documents.
However, if we send expedited express delivery, which can be delivered within 10 days, DHL, FEDEX or UPS, tax is not included and you need to pay the tax, which is estimated to be 20-50€ per lamp.

Return policy

What is the return policy?

Generally, there are two reasons for return:

1. Product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2. If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.

How to exchange the lamp with the one received?

Pls contact our customer team to send us the reason why you would like to exchange? after the excharge planning agreed, then You can place a new order on our website for the item you’d like to receive in exchange.

How long is the warranty support?

We’re proud of our products, and we believe you’ll love them as much as we do. Our products are covered by a one year Warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect. This warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials or wear and tear. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
